The PredictRAM.com Web site (the "Web Site") is provided by PARAMS Data Provider Pvt Ltd Enterprises and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries for the use of registered PredictRAM.com users subject to these terms and conditions of use as amended from time to time ("Terms and Conditions"), any rules that may be published from time to time by PredictRAM.com ("Rules") and any policies and/or guidelines that may be published from time to time by PredictRAM.com

By using this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any Rules and Policies as they apply to you in any and all user categories to which you may belong. Any other access to or use of the Web Site shall constitute a trespass on PredictRAM.com computer systems, shall constitute an infringement of PredictRAM.com intellectual property and an unlawful use of PredictRAM.com assets unless agreed to in writing by PredictRAM.com. PredictRAM.com may amend this Agreement and/or Rules and/or Policies at any time by posting a new or amended Agreement and/or Rules and/or Policy(ies) as the case may be as a replacement of the previous Agreement and/or Rules and/or Policy(ies)PredictRAM.com will post notice that the Agreement and/or Rules and/or Policy(ies) as applicable has been amended on its main website located at www.PredictRAM.com for a period of 30 days. The amended Agreement and/or Rules and /or Policy(ies), as the case may be, shall automatically be effective when posted. Your continued use of PredictRAM.com websites following the posting of any amendment notice referred to herein shall mean that you accept the terms of this Agreement and/or the Rules and/or Policy(ies) as applicable as amended. If you do not agree with any of the terms of the amended Agreement and/or Rules and/or Policy(ies) then you must terminate all use of the Web Site. This Agreement may not otherwise be amended.

As part of the Services, PredictRAM provides users with the ability to participate in a Hackathon called the PredictRAM FinTech Hackathon('the Contest') which allows users ("Participants") to built portfolio using financial data analytics. It is understood that all ownership interests in the contest are purely fictitious. The virtual shareholder interests in the particular Registered User are in no way related to the actual properties themselves and are purely phantom interests and should not be considered to be stocks, bonds, or any other form of equity or debt security of any person or legal entity. In addition, Participants have no rights of ownership over the trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property of any Participants in which they are a virtual shareholder.
Participants understand and agree that all interests are based on virtual credits ("Credits") which have no actual corresponding dollar or rupee amount. Certain contests conducted on the Web Site may offer prizes that only apply to credits and not real currency. Any accumulation of credits relates solely to a user's account and users are not entitled to receive any real currency, unless otherwise determined by PredictRAM.com, in its sole discretion. Use of Credits on third party sites will be governed by these

User Agreements :

This user agreement (the "Agreement"), which includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference including the terms of the Privacy Policy and the Network Rules (as defined in section 9 below) is an agreement between you (the "User", "you" and "your"), and PredictRAM Enterprise and its licensors, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and partners (the "Company", "us", "we" and "our") which governs your use of the products and services ("Services") provided by PredictRAM Enterprise (the "Company") through the www.PredictRAM.com website (the "Site") and associated software ("Software"). By using any of the Services you are agreeing to all the terms of this Agreement. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of each of the Networks as published and periodically updated (the“Network Rules"). You should ensure that you have read and understood the rules and regulations of the Networks. These Network Rules form part of the Agreement and can be found on the About Networks page of the Site. Please read them now before using the Services. We may, from time to time, make additional Networks available as part of the Services. This Agreement will apply to any Network Rules relating to such Networks. We will let you know about, and give you the opportunity to read, such Network Rules at the time of introducing additional Networks to the Site. We reserve the right to determine the results and winners of each of the Networks in accordance with the Network Rules. By registering and/or participating in any Network or tournament you agree by these determinations. We will post lists of winners on the Site following each Network.

Any person utilizing PredictRAM.com ('User') or accessing the Our facilities offered therein ('Our Facilities') including participation in the various contests and, Networks (including Hackathon Networks), being conducted on PredictRAM.com ('Contest(s)') shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by PredictRAM in relation to any Our Facility. PredictRAM shall be entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by PredictRAM in relation to any Our Facility, at any time, by posting the same on PredictRAM. Use of PredictRAM constitutes the User's acceptance of such Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by PredictRAM in relation to any Our Facility, as may be amended from time to time. Certain Our Facilities being provided on PredictRAM may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect. To the extent that that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail.

• Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to all or any part of PredictRAM.com or PredictRAM.com Our Facilities.
• Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Our Facilities
• Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User.
• Move or remove any content that is available on PredictRAM.com.
• Deactivate or delete a User’s account and all related information and files on the account.
• Establish general practices and limits concerning use of PredictRAM.com.

User Breach

In the event any User breaches, or PredictRAM reasonably believes that such User has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has illegally or improperly used PredictRAM.com or Our Facilities, PredictRAM may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and without any notice to the User, restrict, suspend or terminate such User’s access to all or any part of PredictRAM.com or Our Facilities, deactivate or delete the User’s account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User on PredictRAM.com and further, take technical and legal steps as it deems necessary.

If PredictRAM charges its Users a fee in respect of any Our Facilities, PredictRAM.com shall, without delay, repay such fee in the event of suspension or removal or the User's account or PredictRAM.com Our Facilities on account of any negligence or deficiency on the part of PredictRAM, but not if such suspension or removal is effected due to:

• Any breach or inadequate performance by the User of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PredictRAM
• Users consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements from PredictRAM or any of its partners, licensors or associates.

Users Agreement :

This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the PredictRAM.com™ ("PredictRAM.com," "we," or "us") website and contests made available through the site (collectively, the "site"). Anyone accessing the site agrees to abide by this Agreement and by the Rules of any contest in which they participate. Those Rules appear under Rules page and are incorporated herein by reference.

PredictRAM.com may modify this Agreement or the Rules at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued access or use of the site after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement or Rules.

PredictRAM.com includes a combination of content created by PredictRAM, its partners, licensors, associates and/or Users. The intellectual property rights(“Intellectual Property Rights”) in all software underlying PredictRAM.com and Our Facilities and material published on PredictRAM.com, including (but not limited to) Networks, Contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings and Flash animation, is owned by PredictRAM, its partners, licensors and/or associates. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials or content on PredictRAM.com either in whole or in part without express written license from PredictRAM.

Users are solely responsible for all materials (whether publicly posted or privately transmitted) that they upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available on PredictRAM.com ('Users’ Content'). Each User represents and warrants that he/she owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the User's Content and that no part of the User's Content infringes any third party rights. Users further confirm and undertake to not display or use of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party on PredictRAM.com. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PredictRAM, its directors, employees, affiliates and assigns against all costs, damages, loss and harm including towards litigation costs and counsel fees, in respect of any third party claims that may be initiated including for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights arising out of such display or use of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights on PredictRAM.com, by such User or through the User's commissions or omissions.

Users hereby grant to PredictRAM and its affiliates, partners, licensors and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of,distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users’ Content for any of the following purposes All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights on PredictRAM.com(s) belonging to any person (including User), entity or third party are recognized as proprietary to the respective owners and any claims, controversy or issues against these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights must be directly addressed to the respective parties under notice to PredictRAM.
